Thank you for choosing Kian Private Tours & Excursions. • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to our discretion. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. • In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or offer an alternative tour. • Please arrive at the agreed pickup location on time to avoid delays. • By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
