1. Introduction and Definitions:

Welcome to Kian Private Tours and Excursions. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kian Private Tours and Excursions, and "guest" or "you" refers to the individual booking our services. By using our website or booking an excursion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services:

We provide curated private tours and excursion experiences across Mauritius. We act as both a direct service provider and an intermediary for specialized third-party activities.

3. Booking and Confirmation:

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email and the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of purchase.

 

4. Pricing and Payments:

All rates are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be settled before the tour commencement.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows- Guest Cancellations:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.- Operator Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.- No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

6. Itineraries and Weather:

Mauritius is subject to tropical weather. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions or Force Majeure to ensure guest safety. No refunds are provided for minor itinerary adjustments.

7. Participation, Conduct, and Safety:

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides. We reserve the right to terminate participation for any guest exhibiting disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior without a refund.

8. Health and Insurance:

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the activities booked. We strongly recommend that all travelers hold comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

9. Liability and Limitations:

While we maintain high safety standards, Kian Private Tours and Excursions shall not e held liable for personal injury, loss of property, or indirect damages resulting from third-party services or local conditions beyond our control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection:

We collect personal data solely to process bookings and improve service. Your information is protected under local data protection laws and will not be sold to third parties.

 

11. Complaints and Governing Law:

Any disputes should be brought to our attention immediately during the tour. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any legal proceedings shall be held in Mauritian courts.
